Refund Procedure (for orders not yet delivered or picked up)

We accept cancellations and will provide a full refund if orders are cancelled 48+ hours prior to the specified delivery/pick up time, and if the chefs have not started preparing the order (both conditions need to be met). 

In these situations we may offer a partial refund, depending on how far the chefs are into the process of preparing the order. If you are sending an email regarding the refund, please state Refund Request in the email subject line.

email (we respond to all emails within 24 hours at the latest).

Refund Method

If your order is eligible for a refund as per the above conditions, we will refund costs to your credit card/bank account and email you details. Funds refunded normally will land in your account within 1 to 3 business days.
