I wanted to write and give you my sincere thanks for the wonderful birthday cake you produced for my 30th birthday on the 5th September.
I have to say that the options I was given in relation to creating the perfect cake centre piece was great. I was really impressed when I was able to bring in a picture of my favourite Prada handbag from the website and you were able to replicate it perfectly.
Placing the order felt almost too easy and I was sure something would go wrong between the order, paying and delivery. Boy was I wrong. You guys were outstanding, especially when you delivered it all the way to the centre of the Rocks in Sydney.
I wanted a white chocolate and raspberry swirl cake and this was no issue for you. In fact the cake was so tasty people went back for seconds and I actually had no left over’s to take home. Everything tasted good, even the icing. I remember peeling the icing off my wedding cake (not ordered from you guys) but no issues here.
I rarely write these letters but I was so genuinely impressed with the service provided and the quality of the product that I wanted to share my gratitude. I’ve also attached a picture of the cake for you as well.
So thank you and I look forward to ordering all future cakes from you.
